Will Healy’s weekly press conference | September 29, 2020

by Sep 29, 2020Football

Watch Will Healy’s weekly presser in its entirety below.

Charlotte enters 0-1 after dropping their first contest on the road to Appalchian State 35-20 and had to last 2 weeks canceled due to COVID related issues.

FAU has had their first 4 games either canceled or postponed due to COVID, so there isn’t much for us to go on except past FAU tape from Kiffin regime and Taggart’s teams at FSU, Oregon and WKU.

Quick hitters

  • Chris Reynolds is a go.
  • Markees Watts and Mikel Horton are questionable.
  • Healy feels much better about the depth/talent we have ready to go this week compared to what would have been available against Georgia State.
  • FAU’s starting QB is Nick Tronti, and that name might sound familiar to you. He committed to Charlotte under Brad Lambert and flipped to Indiana. Tronti never played at IU before transferring to FAU.
