Junior season HUDL HIGHLIGHTS
Micah is one of the most discipline and driven players I’ve had the opportunity to coach. Micah leads by example not only on the field but in the weight room and throughout the school as well. He is a hard runner with such a huge skill set, and he is going to shine in Charlotte.
Q&A with Micah Bell
A49: Micah, congratulations on your commitment to Charlotte. I know you recently trimmed your list to Charlotte, Ole Miss, Ball State and Austin Peay. What led you to choose Charlotte?
MB: When I visited Charlotte it just felt like home. I loved the coaches, the facilities, everything was amazing. It was completely different than any other place I had been too.
A49: Who on the Charlotte staff was your primary recruiter? What's that relationship like?
MB: My primary recruiter is Coach Dawk (Sean Dawkins). We have a strong relationship, we talk a few times a week. I’m looking forward to strengthening our relationship.
A49: What do you feel you can bring to the RB position here?
MB: I feel like I can bring a lot of things to the table in the RB position. I’m an all-purpose back and there’s not a lot of backs like me. I can run on the inside or the outside and I can catch as a receiver.
A49: What are your thoughts on campus and the facilities from your visit/s to campus?
MB: The campus and the facilities are the top of the line in my opinion. Everything was beautiful.
A49: How's your Senior season going so far?
MB: My senior season isn’t going the way I want it too so far but we’re looking forward to turning things around here soon.
A49: Do you plan to enroll mid-year or will you finish out HS in the Spring?
MB: I will finish out HS in the Spring.
A49: Do you have an idea for what you're looking to study at Charlotte?
MB: I’m still undecided on what I would like to study.
A49: Lastly, any message you'd like to share with Niner Nation?
MB: To Niner Nation I would like to say thank you for believing in me I won’t let you down. The best is yet to come!
