Charlotte Basketball reaches out to transfer guard Felix Lemitti

It was reported earlier today on Twitter that Charlotte has reached out to Omaha Mavericks transfer guard Felix Lemetti. Lemetti will be looking for his 4th program (Fairfield --> JUCO --> Omaha --> ?) after recently entering the transfer portal on March 18th.

As Charlotte Head Coach Ron Sanchez looks to retool his roster there could be a need for an experienced guard to compliment Jahmir Young and his youthful backcourt mates (Jackson Threadgill, Isaiah Folkes, Daylen Berry and Nik Graves). Aside from Threadgill, on Folkes has played 92 minutes in 23 games, Berry redshirted this year, and Graves will be a true freshman (based on how Folkes/Berry were handled, I could see a redshirt scenario for him as well).

That's a green backcourt, so the addition of an experienced guard could certainly provide valuable depth if nothing else.
